New deployments build on Voltpost's growing New York footprint, marking a milestone in the company's efforts to scale EV charging to communities nationwide
NEW YORK — September 22, 2026 — Voltpost, the company decarbonizing mobility by democratizing EV charging access, today announced the deployment of the Voltpost Air Pole Mount Level 2 EV chargers in Albany, Saratoga Springs, and Cold Spring, New York. The installations extend Voltpost's footprint in the State, which includes deployments in Westchester County, as well as earlier installations in Brooklyn and Glens Falls. The rollout includes 3 Duo (dual-port) chargers in Albany, 3 in Saratoga Springs, and 1 in Cold Spring—a total of 14 new charging ports across the three communities.
By retrofitting existing infrastructure, including lampposts, utility poles, pedestals, and garage walls and ceilings, into EV charging stations, Voltpost can deploy chargers in a matter of hours with zero to minimal trenching. The chargers are connected through AT&T's wireless network and accessible via the Voltpost app, allowing drivers to locate chargers, check availability, and monitor charging sessions in real time.
